BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Dr. Kristina Benson is an accomplished academic tutor with a PhD from UCLA, close to a dozen publications in peer reviewed journals, and over fifteen years of experience in private tutoring.
During her doctoral studies at UCLA, Dr. Benson served as a Teaching Associate in various departments, including Communications, Near Eastern Languages and Cultures, and International Studies. Her involvement in the Oral History program and contribution to the Persian Heritage Speaker's Project showcases her dedication to research and educational development.
Dr. Benson's teaching experience extends beyond UCLA, as she was a Visiting Lecturer at Pitzer College in their esteemed International and Intercultural Program while completing her dissertation.
